Deliveries, Returns & Cancellations

Deliveries:

Once your order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be amended.

POSTAL COSTS:

Orders up to £2.99 (BUTTS/FLAT ITEMS) = £2.50

Orders £3 to £7.99 = £3.50

Orders £8 to £14.99 = £4.50

Orders £15 to £24.99 = £5.50

Orders £25 to £39.99 £6.99

Orders Over £40 = Free

Collection (We'll arrange via email, Collection Day / Time) Free

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days ( holiday seasons may take longer)

Proof of Postage will be obtained for small orders, and larger orders will be trackable.

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us to chase your order

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 28 days

• The goods are in perfect saleable condition

• The goods are in the original packaging

• The goods are returned with Proof of Postage ( In case they go missing )

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods where the date of expiry is over.

• Patterns & Pattern Books are NON Refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

If you wish to return your goods, please make initial contact for returns address - Contact via email: elaine@elaineswools.co.uk

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should return the goods with an accompanied covering letter, clearly showing your name & address.

You are responsible for all return postage costs. ( Proof of Postage essential ) as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods. Please note, we will only refund the cost of the goods, we will not refund original postage costs. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item.

Cancellations:

You are entitled to cancel your order, from the point at which they are ordered up until the point they are dispatched. As goods in stock are usually dispatched soon after they're ordered, please bear in mind this cancellation period, may only be a short time. However, if goods have been dispatched, you are able to return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided, subject to Conditions for Returns.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
